音乐疗法（music therapy）是由受过专业训练的治疗师，在治疗关系中有计划地使用聆听、演奏、创作、律动等音乐体验来支持健康目标的干预方式。研究场景集中在精神科（抑郁、焦虑）、神经康复（如卒中后语言与运动功能）、老年认知障碍、疼痛管理与安宁疗护等方向。
证据概况：该方向的随机对照试验与系统综述数量较多，在焦虑与抑郁症状缓解、痴呆患者激越行为改善等结局上有相对一致的积极结果；但研究之间异质性较大，干预难以实施盲法，样本量普遍偏小，部分结局依赖自报量表。
争议与边界：音乐疗法不等同于「日常听音乐放松」，其效果与治疗师资质、干预方案和人群特征密切相关；现有证据支持它作为常规治疗的补充而非替代，不应被表述为对任何疾病的治疗承诺。选用相关服务时，建议核实治疗师的受训背景与方案依据。
